Science of Happiness
Science of Happiness offers evidence-based approaches to living a more meaningful, successful, and happy life by applying practical strategies to improve every domain of life, including home, work, and community.
Despite the enormous hardships that many people face around the world, this course explores how to manage cognitive biases and the impact a positive mindset can have on personal, biological, relational, cultural and global aspects of life.

Identify key theories of positive psychology
Analyze strategies for leading change in cross-culturally complex situations
Create a plan outlining strategy that will make the workplace or home environment happier
Reflect on the importance of setting goals and taking accountability for living a happier life
Using the key theories presented in the course, describe how positive psychology can impact the learning process
Define a meaningful, happy and successful life and life-long learning
Apply effective communication tactics in various areas of life to include intercultural, professional and nonverbal communications
