After your application to Nexford University has been processed and admissions offered, you’ll receive a unique code that will reduce your tuition fees by 10%. Enter this code when you enroll. Make sure you use the code within 30 days of receiving it – otherwise it will expire.

Remember, you'll need to pay for the remaining 90% of your tuition. So, while our tuition fees are designed to be affordable, we still recommend that you check them before applying.

Yes! We know that graduation is a time to celebrate your success with your friends, family and loved ones. Nexford will run local (in certain countries) and global graduation ceremonies, and plans to host a US graduation in the future too.

Nexford’s Masters of Business Administration (MBA) has a standard completion time of 18 months. The faster you finish, the more money you’ll save.

Yes, there’s a one-off application fee. It costs $20. If you want to re-apply you don’t need to fill in another application, but you will need to pay the fee again.

All applicants to Nexford’s MBA degree must provide proof that they completed a bachelor’s degree at an accredited institution in a business-related field, or equivalent for international institutions, with a valid copy of their official diploma and transcript. If applicants are not able to provide these documents, they must submit an explanation in writing together with any supporting materials that might assist the university in certifying their graduate status. If you’ve graduated from an institution where the primary language of instruction was English, we will rely on your transcript to prove English proficiency. If your prior education was not in English, we’ll need to confirm English proficiency as part of our process to ensure you’re equipped to succeed at Nexford.

You’ll need this time to take orientation, and settle into the Nexford online learning environment and meet your success advisor before your first course starts on the first of the next month. Our mission is to make high-quality education accessible and affordable. You pay monthly tuition and don’t need to pay everything upfront. When you enroll, you’ll be asked to set up your tuition payments. With this scholarship, you can pay your tuition monthly, quarterly, or annually. You can also pay in local Naira.

Nexford graduates are just as qualified as any traditional university degree holder, and they’re also likely to have more relevant competencies. The kind that modern employers urgently require. If you’ll like to get your Nexford degree authenticated, please request an ‘official true copy of the credentials’ you’d like to have authenticated from registrar@nexford.org. Once you receive the copy, follow the process outlined here by the US State Department to get them authenticated for use in your home country.

Nexford can also handle the authentication process on your behalf for a non-refundable processing fee of US$100. For this service, please contact us at registrar@nexford.org

In some cases, you may also need to get your credentials authenticated by your country’s embassy in Washington, DC. To find out, you will have to check with your country’s embassy in Washington, DC.

Once you receive our authenticated documents, Nexford is unable to help with any further authentication in your home country. You’ll need to handle any local processes on your own.

Nexford University is accredited in the US by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC), which is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a recognized accrediting agency and is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), and accredited by Accreditation Service for International Schools, Colleges and Universities (ASIC), which is an independent body providing accreditation services for independent, further and higher education colleges.

NUC currently does not recognize nor have any regulatory cover for foreign universities or fully online universities. To put it into perspective, just the same way NUC can’t accredit a traditional American university which is outside of NUC’s jurisdiction, it also can’t accredit Nexford University.

This may affect Nexford bachelor’s degree graduates who are looking to pursue NYSC, although graduates of Nexford University are still eligible to apply for a certificate of exclusion which is an official NYSC certificate.
