Total Rewards Course
Total Rewards examines the development and administration of compensation and benefit practices, as well as challenges faced in managing total rewards in the multigenerational, competitive global economy. Learners analyze the strategic components of pay structures and reward systems and its impact on the employees and the organization.

What will I learn?
Evaluate the different components of an organization's total reward system
Differentiate the multiple methods of compensating individuals and groups of employees, including metrics for success
Describe the legal environment which impacts the development of a compensation system
Create a total rewards plan for an organization
Explain how an organization collects and compiles data from various sources, and the implications of a strategy of internal equity versus external (market) equity
Analyze the impact and motivators of the compensation strategy and pay mix (base pay, short and long term incentives, benefits, variable pay and non monetary/monetary rewards) on the multigenerational workforce and performance
Illustrate the steps involved in the total rewards system design process
