Technical Skills for Non-Technical Founders examines the technical foundation of digital product development and design. Learners are exposed to the various technical components of a product and develop a framework for vetting technical business partners.

Recognize the business strengths and weaknesses of a range of common programming languages
Identify the component parts of a technology stack
Evaluate the uses and main providers of cloud services and the way they impact digital business models
Develop a plan that identifies technical business needs and core technical competencies in order to recruit and onboard technical talent
Distinguish among common categories of databases and how they are leveraged in a startup business setting
Differentiate between the most common web and mobile frameworks
Analyze the process of technical development and operations and its impact on feature prioritization, build times, and risk
