What will I learn?
Develop a personal philosophy of leadership, management and membership in the global workplace through a personal inventory and assessment
Identify virtual leadership and team challenges
Evaluate the importance of team dynamics on organizational effectiveness, productivity and communication within an organization
Develop a leadership plan to manage remote teams
Identify the stages of team development and the role of the leader and the follower
Assess the impacts that diverse workforce can have on leaders, teams and a global organization
Apply conflict management skills to a personal and organizational setting
