Content Marketing and Social Media emphasizes the importance of content and how different content types can be used to support brand and business goals. You’ll identify not only the content type, but the literal content as well, in conjunction with a focus on the most appropriate demographic(s) for various content. Additionally, you will learn to develop a content strategy and create engaging content for the right audience and channel.

What will I learn?
Describe the components of key social media channels and their role in the customer journey
Analyze and develop a customer profile/demographic analysis, in order to craft the appropriate message to reach the appropriate targeted demographic(s)
Develop a social media strategy and playbook that includes paid, earned, and owned media
Design campaigns that incorporate social media within customer relationship management (CRM)
Analyze types of content marketing and the impact it can have in the customer journey
Develop strategies for partnerships and working with influencers
Optimize social channels and content through effective governance
